AIM Sales Group will issue a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges if applicable, on unopened/undamaged merchandise within 14 days with proof of purchase.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged with like merchandise within 30 days with proof of purchase.

On special orders of 25 or more items, AIM Sales Group will accept return of unopened/undamaged merchandise within 14 days with proof of purchase. The refund will be for the amount of purchase less shipping and handling charges and a 15% restocking fee.

All refunds will be processed according to the method of payment received. Cash or check purchases will be refunded by corporate check within 7-10 business days.
